1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

Taiwan: Free convenience store pickup or home delivery on orders over NT$2,500.
International: Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over NT$3,000–NT$4,000, depending on the destination country.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

3. Delivery Time

Taiwan

Main Island: 1–3 business days
Offshore Islands: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

International

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

4. Order Processing

Order Processing Time

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During holidays, promotional events, periods of high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or natural disasters), shipping may be delayed.

Convenience Store Pickup

Once your package arrives, you will receive a pickup notification. Please collect your order within 7 days.

Orders that are not collected within the pickup period and cannot be returned or recovered will be considered abandoned, and any resulting costs or losses will be the responsibility of the customer.
