Grown in Uji, Kyoto—Japan's most renowned tea-producing region with over 800 years of tea-making tradition—each leaf is slowly stone-ground using traditional Kyoto methods to preserve its delicate character. The result is an ultra-fine powder of nearly 1,000 mesh, creating a silky texture, vibrant green color, and a remarkably smooth, well-balanced cup.


Delicate notes of fresh matcha and creamy sweetness unfold on the palate, followed by subtle hints of nori that add depth and complexity. Its vibrant emerald-green color and distinctive ooika (covered-tea aroma) reflect the exceptional quality of authentic Uji matcha from Kyoto.
